About Us .

BCS is a specialist company which supports the cleaning and maintenance of children’s indoor soft play facilities. The owners of the business, Ian Raby and Paul Carr have been serving this industry for over six years combining their management and customer service skills to offer a highly professional and flexible service tailored to their customers requirements.

BCS
offers a variety of services throughout the U.K. which have all been developed over time with the support and input of both individual play centre owners and national groups. Your business works on exactly the same principal as ours; hygiene, cleanliness and safety equals satisfied customers and repeat business. Our commitment to this message is key to our success and we offer this commitment at fair, competitive and most importantly, flexible ways to help you to pay for it with our Interest Free Monthly Payment Plan.

BCS ballpool cleaning service
is a process which involves extracting the play balls from the ball pit into a brush wash system which scrubs the balls in a chlorine based sanitisation fluid to kill any surface bacteria. The balls are then collected into sacks which allow the balls to be stored safely whilst the empty ball pit is vacuumed & sanitised after which the balls are returned to the ball pit and left to dry. A laminated certificate of cleanliness is issued within 7 days for you to display to your customers.

BCS full system cleaning is a process that should be part of your cleaning and maintenance schedule and should take place at least bi annually. The objective is to remove as much dirt and dust as possible from your play frame from the roof down including the netting, matting, slides, tunnels and ball pool. This type of clean is essential to extend the life of your frame as ground in dirt and dust left unattended too will spoil your vinyl coverings! A laminated certificate of cleanliness is issued within 7 days for you to display to your customers.

BCS full system integrity inspections are a service that our contract customers enjoy as a standard part of our service. These inspections are vital to pick up actual faults and early warning signs of disrepair within the system. The inspection covers a comprehensive checklist to verify that all areas of the play system are undamaged, fully operational and safe to use. A written report and quotation is provided and if BCS cannot attend to any of the repairs or replacements required, we will always recommend a company who we know and can rely upon to assist you.

What do these services cost? Every quote is very specific to the soft play system we are working with and each quote will take into account access to the area to be cleaned, availability of water and power, time of day the clean is required, size and complexity of the system and the number of balls in the ball pit. We offer one off cleans of ball pools and full system cleans which are payable on completion of the work but for those customers who wish to see our services as an integral part of maintaining their soft play system to the highest standard, we offer annual contracts on a bi-annual or quarterly visit program which come with the benefit of an interest free monthly payment plan.
